On Twisted Sisters, Season 2,
episode 7, we see the story of Josephine Verellen and and Lisa Putman. The show is titled, “Murder
Is a Filthy Business”, and the description provided is “A well-intentioned social worker goes missing after
becoming involved with two sisters raising children in a trash-ridden house.” One can't help but think this is a better story for Evil Twins rather then Twisted Sisters.
Crime
Lisa Putnam was found on May 30, wrapped in a filthy rug and discarded in a rural area. She had only been engaged for eight days. Police determined Putnam, a Children's Protective Services worker had been tortured and beaten to death with a hammer. Josephine's children had been removed due to the house being unfit for a child in that
Both sisters were charged with murder. Lisa died of blunt force trauma and asphyxiation.

why would anyone want to write these 2 evil monsters? This is just sad that you would even put their info on here so if anyone wants to write them. And her name is Lisa PutMAN not Putnam. Please get your info right before you write something about a beautiful soul that's life was taken way too soon by 2 coward low lifes that were nothing but trash & won't ever be nothing but nasty no good waste of air trash on this earth..May they burn in hell!

After one year of working as Day Care Workers - eligibility and payments for our clients for their children to go to day care, Lisa became a Child Protective Services worker and I became a Foster Care Worker. I didn’t last very long in foster care and went back to being a caseworker, but Lisa continued in CPS. She came to see me the day before she was murdered to show me her engagement ring. I was SO very traumatized and grief stricken when I found out she was missing and then found dead! I just can’t imagine how her parents survived. I fact I was wondering if you could contact me by email about them. I am a psychotherapist now and I know a psychologist who helps the families of people with traumatic deaths such as Lisa’s.
